Merlin^® Sales Order Processing – for all ‘Customer Not Present’ sales whether they are via mail order, catalogue, tele-sales or even e-commerce. The system links directly into the Retail Manager Stock Module and includes the ability to create Quotations and then automatically transfer them directly to Orders or enter orders manually. Also included is the option of a secure EFTPOS facility for on-line payment processing.

NOTE: Additional modules must be purchased in addition to the Merlin Retail Manager Module and cannot run as stand alone modules.
